Custom Design is the key to a unique guest experience for your guests that will boost your short-term rental's rates and occupancy and help your property stand out in a crowded market!  We're anything but cookie-cutter, and specialize in making older properties shine! We'll do as much or as little as you need - just an interior design, or taking care of every detail to get you in the position to open (or re-launch!): from the property design to the listing to arrival and activities.

Design the Space

  • 2-3 idea board options for the overall project design including material examples, color swatches, and inspiration images

    • overall floor plan showing the suggested furniture layout and types for flow & connection.

    • per room furniture plans showing the sizes and suggested location of all the items we've selected

  • design direction board for each room with color rendering to help you visualize the design

  • custom design elements that need a little more finesse will include elevations or detail drawings (like bathroom tile patterns, new cabinet layouts, woodwork, or feature walls)

  • Specifications for all your selections - paint color, cabinet hardware, wallpaper, plumbing and light fixtures

  • three day-trip itinerary suggestions to help your guests plan their trip and tailored to different groups, ex: family fun, drink local, history buff (maybe they'll need to add more days?)

Deliver the Experience

As seamless as possible, hands-off execution of the vision specific to your property, design, and schedule.

  • We print your signs & welcome books, pick up last minute items, set up furniture, put away your dishes, fold your towels, stage decor & prep your property. This gets you "First Guest" ready!

  • We receive and check any new items at our storage facility and manage delivery for one coordinated installation

  • We print and set-up your welcome book, guest signage, & any property signs

  • Consider us your owner's rep! We'll We'll find & recommend local photographers, get them scheduled, manage the shoot, and help direct the images you need.

  • If your project includes contractor work or installation, we'll manage it. We'll meet your contractors on-site, make sure they understand the vision, and deliver updates on their progress.

  • Descriptions, cover photo, etc.

    We'll provide everything you need for your listing for up to two hosting platforms. It's plug-and-play, then your listing is live!

** pricing assumes a typical iterative design process - we give you options before finalizing a design, and include one minor revision after final sign-off. Additional revisions are billed hourly.
